Committee Assignments Announced
Just this week committee assignments were announced. I am pleased to say that I am one of two freshman legislators that received our first choice. I will be serving on the Utilities and Energy Committee. Though I know it will be an extremely busy committee, I am very excited.
Maine needs to make renewable energy a priority. We also need to look at using our own resources–wood, wind, solar, geothermal–that are widely available across the state.
As times go by, I will be posting information about the happenings at the state house on this site…. Stay tuned.
